Kizmeet does not use any tracking devices for marketing purposes, such as cookies or web beacons. While we may track web pages from which our users came, we do not collect your IP address.
Information We Collect From You
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience. Your name and email address will not be posted on the Site. Any posting you create is available for other Site visitors to view. Please note that your personal identifiable information (e.g., email address) will be stored and processed in the United States, and Kizmeet will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. Your email address is used to send and receive emails to other users of the Site, as well as for us to send emails to you to confirm your posting. We also collect information such as the year you were born and your gender, which you submit when you create a posting on the Site. This information is not sold to any third parties and is gathered so that we can better organize postings (e.g., if you are a female posting for a male) as well as tailor the services on the Site based on the aggregate demographics of our users.
We do not collect any financial information, postal address or phone numbers from any of the Site’s users. We also do not collect any information that you include within the body of the text of any postings you create on the Site, or the text of any reply messages you send through the Site.
How We Use Personal Information From You
We use your email address and other personal information to help us efficiently operate the Site. In particular, when you create a posting we use your email address so that we can forward any messages to you sent by other users of the Site, as well as for us to send you a confirmation email of your posting. When you reply to a posting on the Site, we use your email address so that the person to whom you are replying will be able to contact you by email. We may also use your email address to notify you of important news related to the Site, but we do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you, including your email address, to any third party.
Other personal information you submit when you create a posting, such as the year you were born and your gender, is gathered so that we can better organize postings (e.g., if you are a female posting for a male) as well as tailor the services on the Site based on the aggregate demographics of our users. We may also track, in aggregate, the number of users who create postings and/or visit certain categories of the Site, as well as their aggregate demographics. This information is intended for us to analyze Site usage and to better tailor the site’s services and offerings to our users. Additionally, Site usage information we gather may be used to inform representatives of the venues listed on the Site about the aggregate number of users and aggregate demographics of users that have visited category pages related to those venues.
In the event that we are asked to cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, we may, and you authorize us to, disclose any information about you to law enforcement and other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.
Security Precautions
Kizmeet takes security precautions to protect your personal information, such as name and email address, from unauthorized access by those inside and outside our company. We use industry standard measures to protect information that is stored on our servers and within our databases. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
Notice
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time based on your comments and our need to accurately reflect our data collection and disclosure practices, which may also change from time to time. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.
