Weird, me too! Well, not too many, but 2 girlfriends have ended their engagements in the past year. At least it saves me from buying bridesmaid dresses.

You think it's because everyone's rushing to get married? I get the sense more people are waiting to walk the aisle, at least compared to my parents generation.

My sister just broke off her engagement. She felt like she was settling down for the sake of it rather than because she wanted to. I think it's awesome that she had the nerve. Everyone does things their own way, right?
