Flagging is a way for you to alert Kizmeet.
» I have dated a co-worker of mine, and we're still very good friends even though we no longer have a romantic relationship. Start out as just friends with the guy you're interested in - you're more likely to be able to keep the friendship afterwards if things don't work out on a different level. Also, keep the personal relationship out of the workplace. Your other co-workers don't need to see it, and it just makes things more awkward for everyone if something does go wrong. I guess what I'm saying is this - if you really like the guy (or think you could like the guy), go for it, but be cautious. Just a couple of pennies from someone who had (and still has) a good relationship with a co-worker. :)
