I met you in Cafe Gratitude (San Rafael) and you touched my heart... physically (with your hand ;-) but also spiritually, with your presence and your smile. I sensed a unique energy about you from the moment I saw you sitting with your head in your hands, slumped over your steering wheel in the parking lot. At that moment I experienced a deep feeling of concern surrounding your apparent confusion and searching. You intrigued me in a way that others are not capable of doing... I felt blessed that my wish came true when you ordered your dinner and then joined me at my table. I regret not hearing your story, as you heard part of mine.
I wonder if you're still out there... searching. If you are, please feel free to contact me. I would love to take the time to hear your story and perhaps offer a bit of guidance if that's warranted. If not, at least remember my words of advice. Take care of yourself... be kind to yourself, be kind to others... and remember - all the answers you seek live in the deep stillness within you... you can receive all you need by quieting your mind and living in the moment.
