I want to be your home, something you look forward to at the end of the day, a place to rest your bones. You're right- not many people evoke tenderness from me but you do. A good tenderness, full of love, and not tinged with any pity. I'm clueless as to what I need to do for us to be together since I'm fairly certain know how I feel about you (e.g. from my actions when we are together). You mentioned something about taking care of a few things in your life as the reason why you keep me at arm's length but I only heard this secondhand and not from the most reliable source either (our mutual friend). So I can only based our relationship on what we talked or not talked about and what we do or not do. On that note, I do want to move forward- see where all of this goes. In the meantime, I do wish you health and happiness.
