This is probably the most far-out, least-likely-to-happen "connection." (If we do, we should write a screenplay!)
Anyway...you’re an apparently white woman with a fair, smooth tone of skin (I want to say with an almost reddish undertone, but, it may have just been the slightly dimmed light). You were slender, and I believe between 5'5"-5'8". Your hair was straight, red (or strawberry-blond) and at least shoulder length. I believe you were also wearing a black (or maybe dark red) strapless dress. I haven’t the foggiest idea what I was wearing. All I know is it was something casual, and I believe I might have been carrying a fleece pullover, since it was an April evening & still a bit nippy outside.
You were leaning against a pillar near the escalator.
Perhaps you remember seeing us…a couple of balding, light-complexioned black guys? The performance had just ended, and we were rounding a corner, about to ride the escalator to the exit when I happened to look you full in the face - and then bashfully turn away. Though of course I played it very non-chalantly. So, we never actually met, but, as I was walking with my friend our gaze (yours and mine) simply met, ever so briefly (almost not at all).
Sadly, I never broke my stride…and have yet to forget that very fleeting, yet memorable non-encounter! I’ll know it’s you if you can tell me what was performed that night, and whether or not you even noticed me, like I noticed you.
