D, I got of the phone with you, thinking about all the things I meant to say, but couldn't. Maybe writing will be a little easier:
The more I get to know you, the more I realize the "friends only" isn't going to work, and it's not what I want. I'm not a homewrecker, but you two aren't even living together or engaged, so you need to figure out what you want, and whether she's what you want.
Because I can't just be your female friend on the side that you run to when you want to talk. I played that role too many times in college, and I've officially retired it. If you want to give us a chance, it has to be a real chance. Ball's in your court.
