This is simply meant to be a compliment. You were working behind the counter and you helped me when I was trying to file some papers with the Court, you have long curly hair. You are the most beautiful woman I have seen recently. Courthouses are probably not the best place to meet someone because nobody goes to Court because things are great in their life... With any luck, one day I can get my life straightened out and then be able to find "the one." Seeing you today gave me hope.
