SE corner of Sepulveda & Dickens is where you were today just after 5 pm; I drove through the intersection in my VW Bug. It looked like you might have been coming from the direction of Whole Foods Market, while I was turning North toward Ventura Blvd.
I saw you coming before you actually reached the corner to wait for the light...a vision: fair complexion, long, straight dark (black?) hair...fitted suede jacket with Uggs to match…fitted black pants.
Despite my not looking straight at you, an advanced glance (as I approached the intersection) and clever use of mirrors afforded me a breathtaking view. (c: Can you blame me for stubbornly refusing to look you full in the face? I mean, it’s bad enough being subjected to only a passing glance of your beauty…it would’ve been worse having to drive away after staring into those eyes!
As I (the “brown” guy in a black beanie & driving gloves) pulled Northward, away from my “vision,” I saw you holding your hand at your forehead, as if to block the sun from your eyes. I can only wish it was to catch a glimpse of the lettering on the rear window of my Bug.
Tell me the color of my bug & what those letters say…and I’ll know it’s you.
